What We Provide

Oddize provides sports data analysis tools, odds comparison, and model-building features. We aggregate publicly available data and present it in (hopefully) useful ways.

We do not provide:

• Gambling services or the ability to place bets
• Financial or investment advice
• Guaranteed winning strategies
• Promises that you'll make money

No Warranties

This service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We make no guarantees regarding:

• Accuracy — Odds, stats, and data may contain errors or be outdated
• Completeness — We may not have data from all sportsbooks or all games
• Timeliness — Data may be delayed; don't rely on us for real-time decisions
• Availability — The service may go down for maintenance or other reasons
• Model Performance — Past backtest results don't guarantee future performance

We do our best to provide accurate, timely data—but "best effort" is all we can promise.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oddize and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any losses from bets placed based on information from this site
• Errors or inaccuracies in odds, statistics, or other data
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Loss of your saved models or settings (remember: they're stored locally)
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

In plain English: If you lose money betting, that's on you. We provide tools; you make the decisions.

Your Responsibilities

By using Oddize, you agree to:

• Be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction (if you choose to gamble)
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding sports betting in your location
• Understand that gambling involves risk and you may lose money
• Use this service for informational and entertainment purposes
• Not hold us responsible for your betting outcomes
• Not abuse the service (scraping, DDoS, etc.)

Intellectual Property

Team logos, league names, and similar marks are property of their respective owners. We use them for identification purposes only.

The models and strategies you create are yours. We don't claim any ownership over them (and we can't even see them since they're stored locally).

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Abuse the service or attempt to circumvent rate limits
• Violate these terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We'll try to notify users of significant changes, but it's your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Gambling Disclaimer
